Sophie LJ Morris
Artist and illustrator
Sophie was born in the UK and currently lives and works in London. Sophie is self-taught, developing her practice through courses at The St Ives School of Painting, Cornwall and London South East Colleges, Greenwich.
Her inspiration comes from expressing feelings, whether that is feelings felt from being in nature or those felt through social situations such as the lockdown.
Sophie is also committed to making art that is affordable to everyone and so, as well as reproducing her original paintings as fine art prints, she also produces greetings cards and notecards to make art part of the everyday.
Her work is part of several private collections in the UK and Italy.
Sophie is a member of the Blackheath Art Society and Greenwich Open Studios
