Forgotten Fashionistas Talk with couture designer Coral Turner

Join the conversation with couture designer Coral Turner as she pays homage to historical black women in fashion. History has generally failed to acknowledge the incredible contribution of  women of African, African American and Caribbean origin for their remarkable achievements as designers, seamstresses and inventors. In this discussion Coral will share  incredible stories of some of these gifted women, who not only deserve more recognition for their exceptional skills, but who deserve our attention — and gratitude — for their enduring legacy of contributions, inspiration, and entrepreneurial insight.

Biography
